DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE

The Customer is the person who purchases the product using the name, surname, address, phone, and email information provided during the order.

2. SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Mamo online store, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT

The basic characteristics of the product, sales price, shipping cost, payment method, and delivery information are stated on the order confirmation page. The Buyer accepts that they have seen and approved this information before completing the order.

4. DELIVERY

Orders are sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer. Delivery time may vary depending on the product preparation, supply, and shipping process. The Seller shows due diligence in preparing and sending the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without providing any justification. The withdrawal notification must be made to the Seller via email or written communication channels.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned unused, undamaged, in resellable condition, and, if possible, with its original packaging.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for products prepared in line with the Buyer’s special requests or personal needs, custom-made items, or products with personalized printing/design.

Returns may not be accepted for products that are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, have been used, damaged, or have lost their resellable quality.

7. RETURN PROCESS

After the withdrawal notification, the Buyer must send the product to the return address specified by the Seller. After the returned product reaches the Seller and its compliance with return conditions is checked, the
