This Distance Sales Agreement is made between the seller and the customer who places an order through the Mamo Women’s Wear website.

2. Customer Information
The customer is the person who places an order through the website. Customer information such as name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, and payment information is provided during checkout.
3. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of products purchased electronically through the Mamo Women’s Wear website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product details, price, shipping information, payment terms, and this agreement before completing the purchase.
4. Product Information
Product name, quantity, price, color, size, shipping fee, taxes, and total order amount are shown on the product page, cart page, and checkout page before the order is completed.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed on the website. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, is shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. Mamo Women’s Wear does not store full credit card information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and shipping fees are displayed at checkout when available.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Mamo Women’s Wear is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Refunds

10. Customer Responsibilities

11. Seller Responsibilities
