We want every Mamo order to feel simple, secure, and clear from the moment you shop with us.

Shipping

We currently offer worldwide shipping where available at checkout. Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and any available rates are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days after processing, depending on the destination country and local carrier conditions.

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. You will receive order updates by email when available.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days after delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimate apparel, bodysuits, and final sale items may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and help you with the next steps.
